Applications of FutureRobot’s IPC in 3D Dispensing

Dispensing is an important process in industrial production. Combining 3D vision with dispensing technology allows for precise application of adhesive on complex surfaces or irregularly shaped workpieces. By utilizing a high-precision 3D vision system, robotic systems can identify the geometric shapes of workpieces and adjust the position and angle of the dispensing nozzle in real time to ensure accuracy.FutureRobot Tech industrial computers offer several advantages in 3D dispensing applications:

  • Real-time Computing: Equipped with Intel® processors that provide users with real-time and flexible high-performance computing capabilities; jitter data meets requirements below 20us, allowing for rapid response to input signal changes.

  • Flexible Expansion: Supports Ethernet, RS-232/485, USB interfaces as well as expansions for modules like 4G/5G and Wi-Fi for seamless integration with other devices.

  • Programmability: DI/DO interfaces are controlled based on FPGA technology allowing users to configure according to their needs.

  • High Stability: Features a compact and robust structural design along with advanced thermal solutions that meet wide temperature ranges and voltage designs while ensuring electromagnetic interference resistance for reliable long-term operation in harsh industrial environments.

In the future, FutureRobot Tech will continue to optimize innovative technologies and products to provide customers with more flexible and diverse choices while actively promoting the application of edge AI across various sectors in collaboration with ecosystem partners in this new era of intelligent manufacturing powered by AI.
